I Started off with started off with parrot to deal dialysis at home for a couple of years but then I eventually switch to hemodialysis which I do at a community dialysis unit.
I got a catether for dialysis today and its driving me nuts. Its only temporary but its annoying. How do you guys deal with this and how are you handling dialysis? I need advice to stay positive.
Ok then, I will pray that it is mature by then and the IJ can be removed. Take care. Glad that you only have a few more weeks hopefully to suffer with it
Has anyone had low or high creatinine? If so, do you know what it is associated with and why it happens? Thank you all!
Thank you, Yall too❣️
I have to go for iron infusions every 3-6mos to keep my ferritin levels up - is this common with lupus?
Yes. I get iron infusions twice a year to keep ferritin level up!

I've been "double voiding" every time just to ease some of the pressure and times I've gotta run to the bathroom... I also had a full achy pain on my right flank that went away after a day or so ... So now I've been drinking all of the cranberry juice I can find lol, but am nervous that maybe this is lupus… read more

I have recently moved to the Wingate/Monroe, NC area and I need to find a primary care doctor who has experience with Lupus and other autoimmune disorders who is not a pill pusher.
I don't take prescription meds to manage my Lupus, just all natural supplements, and I'm looking for someone who would support this method of treatment.
So if anyone has a doctor that works well with them and fits my criteria, please let me know.
Thanks.
That great Regina, from 16 to now, again more power to you and keep up the good work.
No malice intended,we are here for each other and we learn from each other and support.

Take care and rest up!!!
