For myself, I prefer a natural diuretic (celery) plus plain water. Downside, you will be losing water constantly by urinating.

Hi, I am currently being tested for an autoimmune diseases, I think we are leaning towards lupus right now. My ANA test came back as 1:160 with a speckled pattern, CRP level is high and I have a negative RF factor and normal CCP. I'm 65 years old taking Benlysta for Lupus. I had the flu shot but I am wondering if it will help since I'm taking a drug to suppress my immune system.

I did Benlysta infusions for over two years - they wipe me out by putting me in bed for 2 days and then weak for a week (exhaustion; achy like flu; migraine; fever; dizziness; weak). I recently switched to injections in the hope that the smaller dose wouldn’t make me as sick. They are still wiping me out but now I’m sick every single week! Help! Anyone had a similar experience?
