I find it really difficult to remember to reapply every two hours, and many of the sunscreens I've tried don't seem to provide all that solid protection. I'm wondering if there are any new sunscreen innovations that provide better or longer lasting protection? What works for you?
Thanks for any thoughts!

I have had pain in kidney region, mostly right, on and off for years. I always have blood in urine. I have swelling below the knees almost constantly. My doc has never mentioned Lupus Nephritis?! hmm
Get to a nephrologist ASAP. I was missed diagnosed in the beginning with just Lupus. I don’t want to scare you but kidney involvement is very serious. I’ve had 2 kidney transplants. Good luck 🙏

Thanks

I wouldn't risk it but I have a kidney transplant to worry about and don't want Lupus to become active more than it is already and lose this kidney.
So I have never had any kidney problems to date... But recently I have been feeling like I've been having a UTI, but nothing burns or hurts, just have to pee so often but not much comes out... I've been "double voiding" every time just to ease some of the pressure and times I've gotta run to the bathroom... I also had a full achy pain on my right flank that went away after a day or so ... So now I've been drinking all of the cranberry juice I can find lol, but am nervous that maybe this is lupus… read more
