Mornings are very tough to get up. My work schedule is soon changing from having to be in at 10am to being in at 7am! Eeek! Big change. I've done it before it didn't work out... But now I have no choice but do it or loose my job. What helps you get going in the morning ? Does the gym really help or make you more fatigued ?

My insurance company balked all of the sudden at my years-long adderral rx, so my doc prescribed vyvanse. I'm curious to know if anyone has any experience with it, your dosage and any side effects?
Also, did it replace an adderral Rx? If so, what dosage?
My adderral dosage was 75mg over 3x a day and my vyvanse dosage is 70mg. The vyvanse seems to come on strong first thing, but fade pretty quickly in the afternoon.

Has anyone been prescribed adderall due to extreme fatigue from their lupus? My fatigue is seriously debilitating. My Rheumy has tried everything from supplements to narcolepsy meds, and the only thing that remotely helps is high doses of adderall.
I tried Adderal in the early 2000 & it did nothing for me...it made me manic
Ive started taking vyvanse to stay awake and focused in school. Ive noticed its help me synificantly but the crash that follows makes me feel absolutely repulsive. I get angry and frustrated, and i cant help but feel its negatively affecting my Lupus. Thoughts?

Has anyone been prescribed a stimulant such as Vyvanse or Adderall for concentration/fatigue issues while on a specific medication? If so, did you consult your rheumatologist or family doctor?
I have. Adderall. It helps a lot but it does make me dehydrated which causes me to hurt more sometimes and it gives me wicked mood swings.. I’ll be fine until someone annoys me and then I will lash… read more
My psychiatrist prescribed me Wellbutrin and then Adderall for fatigue after Wellbutrin didn’t work. Is anyone taking a stimulant along with other lupus medications? Does this help with brain fog , fatigue etc?
Yes but Honestly find it to be useless. If I'm tired I will sleep no matter what I take or how much. It makes no difference..
