Does Anyone Get A Creepy, Crawling Sensation On Your Scalp And Face?

Does Anyone Get A Creepy, Crawling Sensation On Your Scalp And Face?

I've had that on my scalp for several days, and now it's moved to my face, along my cheekbones. It's also coinciding with muscle twitching on my arms, legs, and trunk. I also had difficult with my fingers last night; the fingers in my right hand in particular were shaking as I tried to type, especially the middle finger. I have an essential tremor, but that's in my left hand, which wasn't as bad. I have sle, sjogren's, and fibro. Thank you!

I had the sensations of being stung all over. I researched Alpha Lipoic acid and began taking that. As long as I take one pill per day, it keeps this sensation away. It has saved me.

Brachioradial Pruritis (aka- Itchy Arms)

Brachioradial Pruritis (aka- Itchy Arms)

Has any one with SLE ever had any occurrences of "neuropathic" itching episodes that happens on the arms from wrist to elbow?? No actual rash, no actual reason for it to itch, just episodes of crazy intense itching out of the blue to that specific area of your arms?? It's been happening to me on and off starting about 2 weeks ago. It's weird....I nearly claw my arms off until I can get some ice on them and that usually cures the itch. If anyone is going to their rheumie soon
Could you ask them… read more

Tingling Under The Skin?

Tingling Under The Skin?

Does anyone have a pronounced tingling, bug biting sensation underneath the skin. Apologies, but that is the best way I can describe it. I can't relay explain it.
For ex. Have you ever been washing dishes with a scrubber pad that came apart and the fibers got into your skin, that's pretty much what it is!
Has or does anyone experience this?

Feel Like Something Biting Me, But I Look And Nothing Is There! Burning Skin That Hurts To Touch. Anyone Else Experience This?

Feel Like Something Biting Me, But I Look And Nothing Is There! Burning Skin That Hurts To Touch. Anyone Else Experience This?

I have started felling like something is biting or pricking me, but when I look there is nothing there! It happens on my arms and legs, in different environments, and at different times of the day. It is getting more and more frequent. I also have been experiencing a burning sensation on the inside of my right forearm that hurts to touch. I am wondering what these new symptoms could be. Anyone have the same experiences?

Does Anyone Have Very Sensitive Itching Skin With No Rash?

Does Anyone Have Very Sensitive Itching Skin With No Rash?

My lupus started out with a severe itching rash literally from head to toe. I no longer have the rash but my skin is so sensitive and itching 50% of the time. I have trouble finding something that I can sleep in that doesn't irritate my skin. I have found that 100% cotton is about the only thing I can tolerate. Just wondered if anybody else had similar symptoms / problem.
