Just curious about lupus and pregnancy, how have your pregnancies gone? And have any of you's fallen pregnant on your medication? Not pregnant just has always been something I've been worried about.

What are other people's experiences on getting pregnant/being pregnant with lupus nephritis? I would like to be off all kidney meds completely. I will still take plaquenil for flares, but I don't feel comfortable taking Imuran. Thoughts??
I would love some "real world" advice form those who have been through this as opposed to physicians telling me childbirth "isn't a good idea" with no evidence to back it up even though I have been in remission for over 3 years and and am doing great clinically with GFR of 70, Creatinine of 0.7- 1.0, ANA of 10 and dsDNA of 1:40- 1:160. My daughter has lupus too, she's 28 and is almost 8 months pregnant. Very high risk with her lupus, she's on imuran and lovonox for blood clots. It's been stressful but we are almost there. 🙏
