Been dieting for almost 2 months, 800-900 calories, only to loose 4 pounds. Can lupus interfere with weight loss? VERY FRUSTRATED

Ive lost 50-60 pounds (it fluctuates) since being diagnosed with Lupus. All pounds were lost with any special diet or exercise. It made me feel very uncomfortable in the beginning because losing weight without trying while fighting an illness seems sickly and unbalanced. I've now learned to eat a little healthier while getting plenty of rest. I'm still trying to get used to this new size of mines.

I am not currently on any meds, and have been doing the same thing as far as writing down everything. What kind of medicine did they put you on to help?

Yes! I’ll lose a few lbs on 1200
Calories, then plateau, have to cut to 1000, then 800... If there’s another Ice Age I’m made to survive, but other than that, I seem doomed to be fat! 😫
