I sometimes feel as if I am shaking internally. Does anyone else experience this? What is it?

I get it. I mostly feel it in my upper body when waking up or resting. It is a vibration type shaking, not like shaky hands that someone else could see. I know it can be felt as my now ex husband once felt it. I am not on medication, so I know it's not that. Anxiety was a dr suggestion, but they tend to write many of my symptoms off, and don't seem to be ready to diagnose me. I know my anxiety symptoms, and this is not that. I'm sorry others deal with this, but also glad there are people who understand.

I have had that symptom on and off for years..before I was ever on medication but usually happens when I am very run down..as a matter of fact I have been getting that vibration upon waking for a month or so now during a flare and yes once again I am super tired and muscles weak...I hate the feeling it can be quite odd feeling but it has never ended with anything serious it lasts for approx 15 min and then slowly subsides...going to bed now and of course it's on my mind because I know I'm run down and it will probably happen in the morning when I wake up...not looking forward to it!!

I have had tremors so bad that you would think it was Parkinson's. The only thing that has helped or stopped them completely was steroids and Xanax. It is definitely a lupus issue according to my rheumatologist.

I get this with severe flares. It lasts for days and it's only when I move. This happened before I was diagnosed and on no meds and now (diagnosed and on meds) So in my case, i know Lupus is causing it and not medications.

I just started having that feeling. It normally happens when I'm tired.
