I have thought of getting a med bracelet that is a USB flash drive and putting my med history and current meds on it but I just use my phone for it now I have been out of town and went into the ER and I just accessed my records off my phone and handed it to them so it can be helpful and depends on ur needs and the situation and the severity of all of ur illnesses I think but if u want to I say go ahead anything that can help in an emergency situation is a good thing

I'm going out of town for 2 months, around Xmas. What should I have on my bracelet, (med alert) ? It would be great if I could have my whole medical hx to take with me. How's that done ?

I have a medical tag I wear on my shoe. It is helpful if needed. It is associated with 1-800 number if paramedics call or ER calls it gives medical history. Makes me feel better if I'm out and about.
