How many of you also have one or more food allergies or food sensitivities?

My last flare included some GI issues too. I needed a lot more fluids to swallow food and sometime it would not go down very easily. I had no nausea, but I did had diarrhea and stomach pain. This happened mostly with meat or bread (gluten free too) or anything bulky.

I do! I joke and tell people I'm allergic to everything including the sun. I'm not really allergic to the sun but may as well be thanks to lupus lol. The list of things I'm not allergic to is shorter than the one of things I am.

I'm not sure if they're connected because my family has a history of food allergies even without the person having lupus but it's possible!

Some sensitivities I can ignore, others are intense reactions.
