Creating new lifestyle habits can be daunting — but it doesn’t have to be. If you’re living with lupus, you might benefit from taking a few simple steps that can help you work your way toward feeling better.

To support you on that path, MyLupusTeam is sharing tips on how you can make daily, incremental changes to your eating habits. You don’t have to count calories or work with a food coach. These tips are easy to implement, but they can pack a big punch. From drinking more water to prepping your meals, you can adopt healthier habits in just 14 days.

Here’s how it works: Once you register, MyLupusTeam will email you a different small-win challenge every day for two weeks. Each day, you’ll get timely advice right in your inbox to help you make healthier choices. You’ll also have the opportunity to chat with other MyLupusTeam members about how the challenge is going, so you can track your progress together.
