When you were first put on Plaquenil ( Hydroxychloroquine ), how long did it take for you to actually feel it working?

I have been on it for 4 months and I can feel a small improvement but I am hoping for a lot more improvement fingers crossed.

For me, about four months in I noticed a real improvement in my fatigue. Good luck to you!!

Yes, for me also....3-4 months. And when I did have a flare, it was less intense.
