I've been on so many chemical drugs for so long, I'm worried about the effect they have on my organs. We already have a disease that causes organ damage, why should we take medicine that do the same? Medicinal marijuana is so much safer, treats more than one thing (almost all for me), and can be taken in more than one form. I have already talked to my doctor about it and he is all for it. We're starting our licensing soon, and I can't wait.

After this year started I didn't have Rx insurance anymore so I'm off everything. Plaquenil, gabapentin, all of it. My husband has been treating me with weed, and it has done more for me then those pills ever have.

A fellow chef/good friend of mine had suggested this to me when talking one weekend. He gave it to me so I could decide if I wanted to see if it would help. I can't smoke due to allergies but I made a few edibles out of it. I was surprised to find that it actually helped a lot. I had the best sleep I've had in years and didn't need pain meds or mangement for a full two days. I wish this was a more open topic in the country. I really hate downing a ton of ibuprofen or etodolac to feel better. And then not being able to take it for a while so you don't risk damaging your liver. Good for you for talking to your doctor. My doctor's office is adjacent to a drug rehab center so I have been sure if this was something I could talk with her about since they deal with drug problems all the time. :/

Absolutely yes! Can't smoke it or my bronchitis acts up so I use a vaporizer! It alieviates the joint pain & helps me sleep...I have grown my own so I know that it's natural, and then I vapour pack it for the freezer. I am also on prescribed imuran, no prednisone for me!

To be honest it really does help. I use it and it can relax you so that your body is not so tense which helps your muscles not feel like your against your on self...if that makes since...lol Im not really sure how to explain it but, and if you don't like to smoke or do not want anyone to know you can eat it by buying edibles, i.e. Brownies, cookies, butter, Ice cream(yeah you read right I said ice cream)...lol so if you get your card and go to a dispensary there is a large variety of things you can get, Oh and you can even get it in massage cream. highly recommend... Strawberry cough if where you go has it...,
