Hello.

I don't know about the pharmaceutical kind, but I recently tried the 'street' kind to test it and I had the opposite effect. I became deeply aware of my physical body. I noticed all kinds of lower level pain that I live with but am not conscious of. I noticed instabilities, imbalances, and pain. I was very aware. This was a good thing I suppose that I could use over time for corrections.

However their were others things that were awful. Paranoia, loss of connection between my brain and limbs, inability to use my fine motor skills (beading), an allergic reaction that caused my ears and throat to itch a lot, etc. I put the rest of it away and made a lenght journal entry so that I would have total recall in case I want to try it again.

I actually just had some delivered, and even though my current flare is affecting my lungs, the weed calmed it down almost 5 minutes later. And it takes away my nausea completely.

I Use it and it works great , I use patches for naseaus and vape for pain and inflammation and sleep, I went to canacare and they gave me a card without a problem, my rheumatologist recommended it, but he is in Rhode Island and I love in mass so I had to go to canacare to get a Mass card. Canacare is all over google it to see if they have one in your state . Good luck reach out if u have any other questions please

It helps! I smoked for pleasure long before I got sick, but now I can say I smoke joints for my joints.
