Cell Cept is an immune suppressant. It basically slows down your immune system to stop it from attacking yourself and give your body time to recuperate.

I have many GI problems on plaquenil. I already have many GI problems. Now dicofenac prednisone, cymbalta. Medication for migraines, thyroid problem. I will be having infusions for osteoporosis starting in Oct. Too many medicines but can't be w/o them.

I am taking plaquenel, and I also take celebrex for pain and swelling(I think).

What does cellcept do? Benlysta has too many side effects for me,according to my rheumy. Too many interactions. Anything else I can ask for (pain)?
