I have a lot of problems with them. I'm on an oatmeal diet now, because that's the only thing I can eat without biting my mouth and gums. Biotene is is also the only thing so far that helps.

How does it work at preventing cavities my teeth keep breaking because of meds and almost all are crowned but I want to keep my million dollar mouth

I use biotin for toothpaste it won't irritate your mouth

On the outside and around my mouth I use clotrimazole & betamethasone. Works well and relieves the pain faster than doing nothing.
