I add hydrogen peroxide to my mouthwash and rinse daily with it. It is also helpful to purchase a mouth moisturizer which is in the same aisle as mouthwash. Many of the meds we take cause dry mouth which can lead to mouth sore.

I get rest! That heals them up in a day. I can’t use mouth stuff even the prescription one as they all contain alcohol and I am allergic to it. God bless
