I was wondering does anyone else's feet start burning and like their on fire after walking a very short distance. You see I was just diagnosed with Lupus. And I am wondering if my foot pain could be a result of the Lupus. Please respond if you've had similar issues!Gif: http://media0.giphy.com/media/8ExdHaMMOeJUc/200...
Oh, I also use coconut oil. I started using a product called CeraVe. Both cleanser and lotion. Walmart carries it.
I also bought a Britta filter shower head. Not being showered with chlorine is great. My skin isn't itchy and flakey out of the shower!
I keep a can of soup in the freezer for the burn. Helps with pain and joint inflammation too.
I'm a big hydrotherapy fan. (Used to be a licensed massage therapist). I fill a container with cold water and one with Epsom salts. The H2O temps are as extream as I can toerate. I start with the cold for ten minutes, then hot, then cold, etc. Finish with cold.
It increases circulation and just feels good!
Absolutely - you can see my question - mostly nodules form, because there is not enough tissue to attack - the therapist helped me by wrapping my feet like football players - and it stayed on until the next wrap - actually a foot Dr. x-rayed, and showed me the left and right were absolutely identical.
I do that too! It feels wonderful. Some times I use Epsom salts.
Hi...I also get that burning feeling on the bottom of my feet like you have walked over hot coals, I often fill a bucket with water and put some ice in it...I've found this does help
