That's such a tricky one! I understand many of the effects of CVID are auto-immune in nature? I suppose a blood test would work, but then it's always so hard to catch it at the right time. I suffered from neutropenia for over 10 years, and I remember that too - I'd never know if I was having a flare or if I'd just caught a bug somewhere and didn't have the immunity for it.
