Hey y'all I have noticed more and more when I go to sleep I will be woken up from pain of being stiff then when I move it feels like my bones are being broken then I will get in a different position and a few hours later I'm woken up with the same issues
Has anything helped y'all or have any hints to help. I'm losing more and more sleep every night which already sucks bc I have horrible insomnia

I have had issues with my muscles turning hard in my calves if that makes sense. It would wake me up sometimes and I had trouble sleeping with it. My doctor prescribed a drug that helped loosen the muscles and gave me rest. Other then that I would get up and take warm baths, etc.. to help. Over the years I have learned to cope with pain. Talk to your doctor about it. There is a lot they can do.

Almost every day!!! I take muscle relaxants too, they help me have a more restful sleep but I still wake up stiff and sore. I hate waking up exhausted and sore, unfortunately it is part of the disease.

Yes! Every night! What I wouldn't give for a good solid 5 to 6 hours of sleep!
