The toes and fingers feel frozen and numb with blue, purple, yellow, and or white color. It does even have to be cold inside or outside for this to happen. It just randomly happens. What does that mean. Help somebody.

This sounds like Raynauds. I have the same thing happen but mine also causes pain. It is common with Lupus (SLE) but can also be medication induced. I think some beta blockers can cause it as well. I carry gloves with me just about everywhere I go so if my hands get cold i can put them on. I know I "look crazy" wearing gloves indoors especially during warm times of the year but it is very important to protect your body. The decreased circulation can cause loss of your fingers and toes in extreme cases. I am on Gabapentin but I take it for nerve pain. Cold and stress can trigger it. I also do not tolerate holding cold objects or beverages well.

This is Raynaud's syndrome which often accompanies lupus. When you are stressed or in cool to cold temperatures, the nerves that control the small blood vessels in your hands and feet stop the blood flow. The only solution is to keep warm. You will find good information here http://www.raynauds.org/

Sounds like good old venous constriction to me...a.k.a. Raynauds Phenomenon! Mine turn all sorts of colors, I feel like one of those mood rings from way back and now others can tell by looking at my hands how I am feeling! Lol ....Purple means stress.... I am very pale anyway but when mine is really bad I have what I call dead hands! It is awful! I pray you find relief! :)
