As you may know , lupus is attacking all the major organs in the body, the vascular system, skin and nervous systems are the largest organ in the body. It still get attacked by the auto immune antibody our body produced by the bone marrow ( the major white blood cells production in the human body). When either your vascular system ( arteries and veins ) either constructed or dilated , you will suffer variable blood pressure which cause either sever migraine headache or dizziness, faint feeling. when you get up in the morning, try to ease it down by sleeping on your side then lower your legs , take few min then raise your upper body gently, to regulate the blood flow. When you changing position from sitting to standing easy it up. I found out being emotion can affect my dizziness specially with my heart condition now. Live with your illness as unwanted guest but you try to be kind to him/her. I find myself talking to my body. Yes i am crazy sometime. Have the most bright day , laugh and drink plenty of water .
Sincerely
maha
