There are a few things that help to lower inflammation,like lemon juice in your water or for me in my sweet tea:).Turmeric,grape seed complex in the pill form help with inflammation and fatigue.Online there are a few different foods shown to reduce pain,swelling and fatigue,always speak with your Dr before changing your or stopping your meds.We take them for a reason and not everyone response well to natural remedies.

B complex, vitamin D, turmeric, fish oil. You might consider seeing a naturopath. I do and she helps me supplement my meds.

It is not natural to get lupus. There are no natural medicines to control lupus. To control lupus, you have to suppress the immune system. Nothing "natural" does that. Tools for lupus management include not over doing, daily moderate exercise to reduce pain and depression, a healthy diet low in processed foods, journaling or otherwise dealing with difficult emotions, and stress management.
