I think doctors are learning more & more about it to help their patients. Have you been to a true lupus specialist... Rheumatologist?? They are the ones that know the most about it. When I called to find one I asked if they specialized in lupus. If the did not then I did not make an appointment. Good luck! Sending soft hugs

My opinion is lots of the GP's do not do any research and do not keep up wit the latest medical findings....out of 200 students in Pretoria SA medical faculty at University...on the question why do you want to become a doctor?........only 2 answered: to help people! The rest answered ..to become rich. My GP treated me for 22 years and thought I was hypochondriac....after being diagnosed by a physician by stating to him all my symptoms I got on internet.....I went back to GP for a script...His eyes nearly popped out to hear I have been suffering with lupus all these years. Needless to say...I have no respect for thede wishy washy doctors

Thanks for the response. I am seeing a Reumatologist. I just wanted to make sure... My better half found out about this HFT... It is a machine that according to them, burns parasites and worms... Any suggestions if it works?????
