I'm gonna answer my own question I was 10 years old when I was diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosis with Lupus Nephritis and membranous glomerulonephritis (not sure if Lupus Nephritis is shirt for that) the symptoms I experienced were high blood pressure, excruciating pain was not able to eat my apetite had vanquished, I was always thirsty, I assumed I had influenza and was severely dehydrated it was Summer time and I was so cold constantly shaking I didn't even go to my other classes that day I stayed in my history class I didn't think much of it until i blacked out on the stairs and woke up at home apparently my teacher called my parents and they carried me to the car and to my room I had slept for a few days and didn't even know it until my mum told me that it was Friday I had past out on a Monday they were taking care of me from my bed. They did a kidney biopsy on me and blood work as well my paediatric had already stated that the symptoms I was experiencing seemed like lupus symptoms but she sent me to a paediatric nephrologist because she didn't want to misdiagnose me and when I reported back to her she asked me did I have lupus and my mum told her yes. experiencing fatigue is awful I dislike it a lot.

I was diagnosed with SLE when I was 36. My joints were swollen and on fire in my fingers, wrists, elbows, feet, neck. I was so tired all the time, but couldn't sleep because of the pain. I also had nausea, fever, migraines, and mouth sores. I was also constantly getting respiratory infections. Whenever I am out in the sun I have a serious flare up. I now have problems with high blood pressure, and have to be careful because I have had a partial nephrectomy of my left kidney. I still experience fatigue on a daily basis which is awful because there is so much I would love to do, but my energy level just isn't there.

I was diagnosed at 16 with Systemic lupus. I had terrible fatigue. I could hardly stand or get out of bed. I slept all the time. At first the doctor thought I was just lazy, but she did the Lupus tests just to be sure and they were positive. My kidney levels were bad so they wanted to do a biopsy. I refused. Turned out ibuprofen caused my kidney damage. Then they checked my liver. I was diagnosed with Autoimmune Hepatits after an MRI, enzyme test and biopsy.
