Hi everyone, I am trying to find out what works for people and their joint pain. My wife has Lupus and is struggling with the joint pain lately. Can anyone give me some suggestions? Thank you!

I used a hot wax machine for my hands, and it really helps.

I have used Apple cider vinager for several years now. It has really helped me. I get Braggs with the mother and drink it in water daily sometimes more than once a day. I didn't like the side effects from other meds so I tried it. It also helps me with fluid build up and leg cramps. Hope it helps.
