I know it’s extremely difficult especially with the opioid crackdown which is actually harming the wrong people! Have you tried asking your pain doctor or rheumatologist for oral morphine for breakthrough?

I usually take Oramorph for breakthrough, and I also use two types of Oxycodone, the first is Oxynorm which is my long acting med and Shortec is the immediate release. It helps me, I know it’s on the end of the scale which is scary because if the pain gets worse there isn’t much above those. There is also Fentanyl patches too which are really good as it’s 24 hour pain relief and you will still have your breakthrough medication too. Hope you can get some relief x

I use Hydrocodone Acetaminophen and Tramadol. Praying you find what works for you.
