24 years with Lupus. Wear sunblock everyday. I'm 51 years and now cannot take the heat. So exhausted. Stay with the AC on. Recently went to see natural doctor in Arcadia for B1,6,12 with double shot of magnesium and it changed my life. Get them monthly. I took this in pill form. Did not do what the injection did. I tolerate heat better now that I started those shots.

In a few words....I cannot tolerate it!!!! and I live in FL....the heat n humidity exhausts me and turns my face into the brightest red you will ever see!!! And I'm not much of a sweating type person....just my face!! the rest of me swells up like a balloon!!, fingers, feet, legs and ankles. it's just awful....I haven't been out of the house for weeks....somedays I feel like a prisoner.

Both the heat and sun make me very sick. I even get sores on my face if I'm in the sun for more than a few minutes.

The heat causes me to pass out and get fatigued very quickly. Can feel the sun burning me after like 5 minutes or less outside. My car does not have ac so I'm completely exhausted by the time I get where I am going. Wear sunglasses till the sun does down.

The heat drains me but I have to be honest it's the UV rays that do me in. Obviously if I spend too much time in the sun and hot temperatures I will exhaust myself and flare but I get the same effect from food shopping in air conditioned food stores and exposure to fluorescent lights. Profuse sweating, dizziness, muffled hearing and impaired focus. Oh and my favorite part is that I feel freezing cold to the touch and I'm soaked regardless of the temperature. I'm not quite sure if the actual degrees has anything to do with it or if it's the amount of exposure to UV. I can't tolerate AC for any long periods of time either. It hurts my joints way too much and irritates my raynauds and vasculitis. I'll take the summer over the winter 😉
