Has anyone here success with taking LDN and nothing else? If so, what was the best dose for you?

I was on 4.5 mg, and it really helped. The rheumatologist at MUSC took me off of it, then didn't treat my issues, so my Internist told me to start it again. My Internist definitely has been a good advocate.

I'm taking 4mg. I also take 2mgs of hydroxychloroquine, but am going to try and just take the ldn as hydroxychloroquine is causing fatigue and depression.
