Have you gotten your windows tinted?? My doctor wrote me a prescription for medical grade tints because even through the car window your lupus can get affected by the sun

Being out in the sun rashes me out just about everywhere the doctor says its like an allergy to the sun.

I get them on my forearms from the sun. They don't bother me, other than they're ugly

I get the same thing mostly my left arm. Looking into tinting my windows. My red spots are raised a bit. Huh

Same with me.
