Yes I get lupus rashes on my back and chest terrible itch.

I get it on my upper thighs. Anytime I'm hot or even in the shower. It usually goes away when I cool off but not always. My face swells but I don't get rednes now that I'm on Plaquenil.

I also get very bad lupus rash on tge back of my neck and chest itchy and painful drives me crazy as I feel like all I want to do is scratch myself to shreds

My feet get rashes and it is my first sign that a flare is coming on.

For me it's ankles and shins with the itchiness; my feet, hands & arms swell badly, I have a hard time walking, or using the computer at work.
