Your it focusing on the problem which is your immune system attacking your organs.....concentrate on that....when you get your lupus under control your infections will stop.......that is what happened to me...and when I get off cellcept the first problem I get is a bladder infection with 6 days...ive tried....

It's lupus that is causing your problem.....follow the diet i wrote you.no meat....

Your not I remission that's why you are experiencing infection they will go away when you get into remission...you need auto immune suppressant and prednisone.....

Also diet change is very important...no more meat proteins....no processed foods..no soda...no alcohol 🍷...

Plant based diet with protein coming from peas...quinoa...nuts...ect

Veggies and fruit...mostly.....

Its an auto immune disorder...your attacking your own organs....

I'm drinking cranberry juice today. With water.... I have those UTI pills that help with urinary pain and frequency... My kidneys don't hurt. My back does.... I don't know much about the nephritis. But I do know a lot about kidney stones and chronic kidney infections. And I know when I have one it's extremely painful. So I don't see how if your kidneys are inflamed they won't hurt. Weird!
