Please help, does anyone else get bruises on their legs that seem to come out of no where. They are not regular bruises they are purpura and petechia. I have normal blood tests , my platelets are always normal and every other test is normal. I am wondering if any of you get this and what seems to be the cause. I have had a positive Ana and positive dsdna. The next time they tested me both tests were negative. If anyone could help with any of these questions it would be great.

I completely understand. I.just wish I know what caused them. Especially with normal bloodwork.

@A MyLupusTeam Member - Platelets are completely in the normal range. They look like little red dots alllll over my lower legs. Like burst capillaries. Sometimes my entire lower leg is covered. Other times it's just a few dots here and there.

What do they look like and is your bloodwork normal as far as platelets?
