Hi ....I think its the way you feel i get fatigue ....bodyaches.. .hot flushes and my rash flares up and joint pain and stiffness ....so I can always tell...I don't need a blood test to tell me lol

Feel like I have the worst flu of my life.. more so than the other days

I feel like I have the flu 7 days a week all the time. But when it is so that I can not get out of bed... I assume its a flare. Had Lupus since age 11... got to know lots of survivors.. everyone has such different start to disease and progression. hope this helps

I can tell by the way I feel. I feel like an acute flu. I also get rashes ahead of it.

i also feel like i have a flu - big malaise.
