Hello good morning I've been feeling sick since last night, with migraine, body pains, nauseous. Etc I'm still feeling like this? Is it a flare part of lupus?

Unfortunately, there is no way to really know what symptoms are caused by lupus and what symptoms are caused by something else like the common cold or the flu. Once we are diagnosed, we tend to blame everything that happens on lupus. We are still subject to all the health issues that come up for healthy people.

Given the description of your symptoms, I would guess that you have the flu. Rest. Drink plenty of fluids if you can so you don't get dehydrated. Try the BRAT diet for your tummy-bananas, rice, applesauce and toast. Eat just a little at a time.

Check your temperature. If you have a fever, you should give the doctor a call. We lupus folks have a harder time fighting off infection. If you can, you want to nip it in the bud.

Regardless, call the doc first thing in the morning at the latest.

Hope you feel better. Linda

Thank you all for your help and kind words. I woke up in the morning feeling great and as you know with lupus it's never over, I got a bad migraine and chest pain.

Please see your physician to determine what it is your body is battling. It is good peace of mind.

My husband has the flu now, and I just started a steroid injection, with pills to follow, for my Lupus. I know my immune system is extra compromised. I have B-12 injections every month.Praying I don't get sicker. Hugs y'all.
