Any secrets to help make it to where my scalp isn't so tender to touch? Sometimes it feels like someone is pulling my hairs, one at a time. Sometimes it feels like my scalp is bruised. Sometimes it is itchy. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Nature Gate Tea Tree Shampoo and Conditioner. I get it at Publix, but I'm sure you can find it elsewhere also. It has helped with me scalp so much. Also I only wash my hair every 2 to 3 days. In between I use dry shampoo, Batiste is the brand I like because they offer a wide variety of scents.

I hope this helps. πŸ‘πŸ’œπŸ˜

I have the same problem and the only thing that helps is when I wash my hair with baking soda and rinse it with Apple cider vinegar. And then just clean water because of the smell of the vinegar.

I hear all of you! I have many discoid lesions on my scalp that seem to be inflamed most of the time. They are on fire an itch. My doc gave my steroid cream to relieve some of the fire but the hair loss is depressing.
