My daughter with Lupus is wondering about natural methods to fight nausea. Has anyone tried anything that works for them?

Ginger is a natural cure for nausea. I don't really like Ginger Ale but if you find Ginger Snaps, they work! Make sure there is REAL Ginger in the cookies.

I buy fresh ginger, chop it up into chunks in a large mug and keep topping it up with boiled water I sip this throughout the day,
Really good for you when feeling nauseous but good for constipation to

Ginger ale, jello, chicken soup, soda crackers, weak tea and toast. I keep all of these on hand and make plain jello at least once a week.
I also keep Pepto tablets for when it gets really bad and nothing else is working. Check some Fibromyalgia sites for information about keeping prepared for common problems and flared of auto immune/ chronic pain disorders.
