Yes I had mine in 2011 and lost 160 lbs and I am doing well with it other than the anemia

My stomach muscles were no longer functioning properly and it was sometimes taking up to 36 hours to empty. My choices were gastric bypass surgery or when it completely stopped working, feeding tube. They estimated I had about a year til need for feeding tube. I had Roux N Y bypass on May 6, 2010. Lost 135 pounds in about 15 months. Maintained until 3 years ago when I started Benlysta. Yes it causes weight gain but not as bad as steroids.
