A low histamine diet has changed my life. Try it for two full weeks you will see results and the restrictions will be worth the life style change.

I have changed my diet completly. Avoiding gluten is a must in my opinion, but it might be different for everyone. I started autoimmun paleo and thats when I discovered that gluten has an impact on my results. Im (more or less) gluten free for 2 years and I feel fantastic. Had 1 flare since which was triggered by a strong virus then antibiotics. Nothing else. Not even a flu. Mind you Im taking medication, but significantly less than before. Hope this helps.

I have had a dramatic decrease in pain by going gluten-free. Don't have the self-control to drop anything else from my diet.

I went no meat and try to be as gluten free as possible to contain pain. I am in less pain if that helps you.
