I'm noticing a lot of white spots under my chin, never seen them there before. Can this be lupus related, does anyone else get this?

Thank you in advance

Could be Vitaligo another auto immune disease. I have this it causes a lack of pigmentation in irregular spots. These can be anywhere on your body, but mine started on my forehead. Michael Jackson was infamous for having this problem.

My Doc had told my most likely to be related to lupus. On my arm it's one big one and my leg it's a lot of little ones together in one spot.
