Hey Sweetie,I have crohns disease and deal with all of your symptoms plus more. Flares can affect your tummy, it's best to see or speak with your Dr about new symptoms. I wish you well,πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œ

I have had issues with my stomach for a long time. I have acid reflux and get terrible pains and gas and pain into my abdomen. I am under a Dr 's care for this. You should get this checked out.

Before I was diagnosed and I had my first really bad flare tummy issues were a major part of it....I broke out in sores from the top of my head all the way down to my ankles and my tummy was a mess....in fact I lost 35lbs in just 2 months.....thank goodness it hasn't been that bad again and I pray I never get that bad again (or anyone else!!) for me, it was definitely part of the lupus flare....good luck getting answers....hugs and prayers

systemic inflammation CRP and ESR raised, may well include an irritable bowel. Look at the FODMaP elimination diet, especially all the summer fruits, sadly, onion and garlic and advocado, look at irritible bowel and fermentation and all those types of sugars/carbohydrates that fermet in the gut making that ethane gas. all the best, let me know if any of this resourse ie FODMaP elimination makes sense and will help you, regards, Margaret
