Does anyone else experience this? Okay so I know this sounds weird but my body does this thing where it doesn't give me any signals or sensations of having to go poop that is normal, instead it just cramps up in super painful ways! like full on excruciating pain but no warnings before the pain. It's not painful to poop at all!!! My poops are very regular/normal. it's just before I poop that I have the problem. Keep forgetting to tell my doctor about it. please help!

I get colon spasms also. My PC dx'ed me with colitis many years ago.It will start to give me problems when I am pushing myself too hard. Stress will start it up also. Send the Dr.'s office a note or email asking them to remind you at your next appointment.

Every time I eat I get cramps and have to go! It doesn't matter if it's a smoothie or chicken πŸ₯— salad, or fruit! And it's been like this for the last year and a half. Before all the Lupus medication I actually had to take Miralax! Not anymore....

I will not have the normal feelings people have when they need to go, after my last surgery they tried three time to give me a oh the word is gone from my head you no when they numb you in the back for surgery well they could not get it and each time hit a nerve. Since then I have not had feeling like I should below, so it will come on all of a sudden. I have to remind myself to go and sit on the toilet and just wait and try to force myself to go. gentle hugs and blessings
