Does anyone have suggestions about a type of shoe they wear with good arch support that helps pain in the bottom of your feet. I'm having a terrible time with pain in my feet on the bottoms and around my ankle. I've tried every kind of shoe I can find. My doctor says my x-rays look clear. But I do have a diagnosis of fibromyalgia lupus and Sjogren's. Even walking just a short time messy throb I cannot stand for very long at all without my feet killing me. If you have any other suggestions beyond… read more

I buy really good sneakers and go for a wider fit or half size bigger. It's made a huge difference to my ankle pain. It's worth the investment. Addidas works better for me as they are wider then nikes. Pumps and flip flops kill my ankles

Hi sorry your feet are hurting o know the feeling all so well . I have had to foot surgeries in the past year so what I found to be great are the new and improved sketchers. I swear I'm a shoe junkie and they are super cute and super comfy .

Go see a neurologist. I was have trouble putting my feet on the floor in the morning or after i sat to long as well as letting my feet hit my mattress at night as i slept. I would wake up in pain. when i walked I was feeling pins and needles and pain in my feet and burning and pain in my heels. It turned out that i had the beginnings of sensory neuropathy.

I love the "Vionic Orthoheel" orthodic shoes. They are made with arch support even with flip flops. They can be pricy. QVC, Amazon and eBay have the best prices. I can't live without them.

Kristin...Have you tried QVC, Amazon, &.ebay? Their Ortoheel shoe prices are better than most. When QVC has an Orthoheel day their prices are reduced. They are so worth the money and last forever. I haven't worn out a pair yet. I've had five arch surgeries and these make a huge difference. I've just tried "Fitflop" for the 1st time and they are VERY comfortab.le. Home Shopping Network (HSN) has really good prices for them.
