Does anyone have any books they would recommend on Lupus? Newly diagnosed and needing more information. Thanks!!
@A MyLupusTeam Member wrote this morning about this
book, you can look it up on her page
“The Immune System Recovery Plan”.
Dr. Daniel Wallace's book, The Lupus Book. It's medically sound and written for Lupus patients/family and our community. It can be a bit much, so I've looked at the Index and read the chapters that address my burning questions. I have the Kindle edition too, so I can reference it where ever I am...

Good bye Lupus by Brooke Goldner
Go to lupus.org. Great reading to let you know all about it. They also have great message boards. They helped me so much in the beginning when I was first diagnosed. I thought I was going crazy because so much was happening to me and the rheumatologist blamed none of it on lupus. Being on the boards gave me a peace of mind because I knew the things that was happening to me were truly happening. It's important to find a doc who is on your side and who listens to you and helps you with your pain.
Go to lupus.org. I would also getting on their message boards. This was very helpful to me at diagnosis
