Please be careful this flu season. Australia has just gone through the worst flu season in decades with many, young, healthy people passing with it. Apparently in the UK they have not been able to produce a vaccine to combat it in time, so I imagine it is the same for the rest of the Northern Hemisphere. Google "Australian flu season 2017". I had a flu shot but was extremely careful as well. I don't mean to scare you.....only warn you so that you understand all of the facts.

My Rhuemy has me take one every year since our bodies can not fight off infection that easy. So yes I would say so for your own protection.

I don't get a flu shot. Every time I get one I get so sick with flu like symptoms that last all winter. My thought on it is your immune system doesn't function properly so how can you build up antibodies to keep you from the flu?? This is just my opinion. ✌🏼️❤️🙏🏼

I get one every year, too. Never had any problems.
