Why can't I go to my original posts? Why is there no Contact for this website? Why don't they have a section just for Lupus Tumidis?

I understand your frustration with health insurance not being accepted. Is your skin bothering you the most w timid lupus? My Stanford dermatologist specialises in autoimmune disorders, Matthew Lewis, M.D. Mph. Alas, Stanford is out of network for a lot of ACA plans & really expensive.

I saw a sub-standard Resident (student doctor) at UCSF. I wish I could find a better rheumatologist but haven't found one in San Francisco that accepts my insurance. I tried the lupus.org site, but it's not well organized and I don't know how to find the Tumidis section. If you could explain how to use that site, I would appreciate it.

Try using the lupus.org website. They recently had a conference and some researchers came together to share new treatments and a bunch of other stuff. It was very informative.

Are you seeing a rheumatologist for all of your issues? If not, I really recommend that you see one who is treating your issues.

Hope this helps!

Only sometimes does it go away, unfortunately. I stopped the Prevacid in December of 2016, and am waiting to see if I still have it. I looked at information on the National Institutes of Health, a government website, that shows research studies. One of the studies said one of the participants stopped having the Lupus a year and a half after discontinuing the medicine.

Are you still taking the drug? The reason I ask is because they say that once the drug is stopped this type of lupus says it goes away.
