Has Anyone Been In Remission For An Extended Length Of Time?
I want to know if anyone has had any of the levels from the ADSDNA, white cell, red cell , compliment count showing a normal level?
Yes. I have been without a flare for a few years and my blood work good.. My Dr. took me off Methotraxate completely. Feeling real great. I will continue plaquenil for awhile but Dr expects I will be off that too. I follow autoimmune protocol for my diet and exercise regularly. I believe that has helped a lot.
Im still on Plaquenil so clinically in remission. Pandemic cause some minor issues, but I follow a low carb, high fat and Med protein. Not a special diet plan, sorta combo of a few. Vegan didn’t work. I’m a meat eater so this diet worked great for me. Along with walking and movement exercises I’m feeling great. I had to experiment with eating to find what worked and I also felt satisfied. I stay away from junk food (most times). I wishing you find what works for you and you thrive on good feelings.
Super B Complex..
Almost 6 years now! Labs always good! Heavy on the plant based diet. Watch my meat and sugar intake. Occasional processed food (former junk foodaholic) walk as much as my legs will allow. Super Complex, Magnesium calcium and zinc complex, with a little potassium are my supplements. Try to maintain a decent social life. Occasional adult beverages. Moderation and listen listen listen to your body!
Not yet, but I have faith!
