If so what do you do other than avoid the sun like a vampire until it gets better? Are you able to prevent it from happening? spent last week at the beach with my family by day two of fun and sun the rash arrived and it's so uncomfortable. Feels like fire ants under your skin. I would cover my arms and hands with a towel when outside, but even when I get hot it would itch, so i would end up inside.
It burns mostly if i M in the sun, i get sores to though.
I get a forearm rash and on my chest. My hands have a pigment problem. Mine flares in flourecent lights. I use high sunscreen protection, cover up. It has helped.
I did many years ago! Now I avoid the sun as much as possible! Sunblock and UV protective clothing can help! Apple cider vinegar in your bath may help? In my teens my mother always layered me with Noxema thinking it was just a sunburn! It was nice and cool and felt good on my hands and arms! Ice packs may be an option or see if your dr can give you a prescription strength cream!๐
Yep I get this like a burning stinging itchy feel I got put aloe vera gel or calmoseptine and take some Benadryl
Sunscreen lotion helps me and I limit my exposure
