I have been using the Keranique hair system for about a year and it has help thicken my hair.
I keep my hair short.
I use Toppik keratin hair fibers to mask the super thin areas.

Taking Biotin supplements have helped my hair loss. You can get these vitamins at any drug store.

I use a product called Aphogee that I buy at the beauty supply store when mine gets bad. It is a keratin product that strengthens your hair so it is able to grow back. It is the only thing I have found that really helps.
