I was diagnosed with systematic lupus and doctors go back and forth saying it may be multiple sclerosis. Im just do confused whats the best kind of doctor to see. When they do testing they say im not having a flare or i am and they blame it on other illnesses.

If you can, get to a hospital attached to a University. I have found that they are more apt to be on the cutting edge of medicine. I was diagnosed with Lupus in May of 2018, but more recently diagnosed with Mixed Connective Tissue Disease at USC. They receive more funds to do more research and therefore are better able to pinpoint what is going on

You should be seeing a rheumatologist and neurologist. Could you get a second opinion?

When were you diagnosed? Sometimes it can take a couple years for test results to show exactly what you have.
